I am a new client - what appointment should I book for?
All first time clients must schedule any of the “New Client” consult and treatments- we will always customize the treatment on what is best for your skin after a professional skin analysis. If you are not ready for a treatment or unsure where to start feel free to schedule a consultation (without treatment) under the “Consultation” option. If acne is a concern, please schedule the consultation option.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Get excited to start your skin journey and relax. Come as you are and ready with any questions. This is a skin studio where your goals are important but so is your mind and being able to enjoy your time here.
Ensure your new client forms are filled out.
If you use any products please take a picture of them or add them to your client form.
Come with an open mind, your skin health is our priority.
I recently had Botox - can I still have a facial treatment?
We recommend waiting 2 weeks after Botox or filler injections before receiving a facial treatment to avoid the product from spreading or being shifted. You can receive a facial treatment anytime before injections.
Can I shop in person for products?
If you are an existing client please schedule a “Product Pick Up” appointment spot which is for 15 minutes. When I am in a treatment I am unable to leave the room for product purchases so please be sure to schedule an appointment.
How does shipping work?
Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed. Once the order has been processed you will receive a notification from the system and a tracking number will become available. Orders are processed via Priority Mail but please allow another 3-4 business days to receive your order depending on your location.
What is the difference between shopping our website and the Skinbetter, Glymed Plus, and Colorescience online portal/sites?
You may either shop directly through our store which ships from us, or from our authorized partner links (such as Skinbetter, Colorescience & Glymed Plus). We earn commission from our authorized links so you are still supporting our business! The difference is simply where it is sent from.
How do I order a hair scan/virtual hair scan?
You will book your virtual hair scan via our booking site Vagaro and select the mail in option. The date and time you select does not matter this just notifies us to invoice you for your scan and contact you to retrieve your mailing address to ship the kit. Once you receive the kit it will come with detailed instructions and even a link to a video to show you how to pull your hair strands Posting is included and you will just drop it off to the carrier. The lab will send us the results and then we will contact you to discuss your results.
How will I be contacted for my virtual appointment?
You will be contacted a via FaceTime, unless you do not have an iPhone then you will receive a zoom link. Please note in your appointment request whether you have an iphone or android.
