I am a new client - what appointment should I book for?

All first time clients must schedule any of the “New Client” consult and treatments- we will always customize the treatment on what is best for your skin after a professional skin analysis. If you are not ready for a treatment or unsure where to start feel free to schedule a consultation (without treatment) under the “Consultation” option.

I recently had Botox - can I still have a facial treatment?

We recommend waiting 2 weeks after Botox or filler injections before receiving a facial treatment to avoid the product from spreading or being shifted. You can receive a facial treatment 2 weeks before injections.

Can I shop in person for products?

If you are an existing client please schedule a “Product Pick Up” appointment spot which is for 15 minutes. When I am in a treatment I am unable to leave the room for product purchases so please be sure to schedule an appointment.

How does shipping work?

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed. Once the order has been processed you will receive a notification from the system and a tracking number will become available. Orders are processed via Priority Mail but please allow another 3-4 business days to receive your order depending on your location.

What is the difference between shopping our website and the Skinbetter, Glymed Plus, and Colorescience online portal/sites?

You may either shop directly through our store which ships from us, or from our authorized partner links (such as Skinbetter, Colorescience & Glymed Plus). We earn commission from our authorized links so you are still supporting our business! The difference is simply where it is sent from.
