Francheska Esthetics charges a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made under 48 hour notice and a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows.

All clients must have a card on file - should your card decline, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee prior to booking another appointment.

Booking your appointment confirms that you agree to our policies. We understand emergencies come up but please notify us ASAP.

No-call no-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services.​

You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation/no-show fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.

All products are non refundable.

Returns of Colorescience, Skinbetter, Face Reality, or Glymed products purchased through separate online website links fall under the return policies of those websites as they are separate entities.
